Right of Revocation

Purchasers (§ 13 BGB) have a socalled right of repeal of purchase.

Repeal Explanation

You can step back from your declaration of purchase by written letter, email or fax or by sending back the purchased goods within a time span of two weeks. You are not required to explain why. The time span begins at the earliest by you receiving this notice.

Repeal Consequences

In case of proper repeal both parties are to grant back all received attainments. In case you send back a good in a degraded state, you will have to reimburse us for the value loss.This does not apply for simply checking the good as you would have done it in a retail store.You can avoid loss of product value reimbursement by not using the good and by refraining from any action that coudl degrade the product value. Any packageable good are to be sent back. Not packageable products will be picked up from your place.You have to pay the delivery charges if the goods you received are the ones you ordered and if the purchase price is not more than 40 Euro or if you have not made any payments in any form yet at the time of repeal. In any other case sending back the goods will be free of charge.
Obligations for payments have to be fullfilled within 30 days after you filled for repeal.
